Work for companies abroad
For developers who want to work for a company outside Brazil, on a dollar contract.
- An honest read of your CV, LinkedIn and GitHub, the way a tech lead at a US company reads them.
- Mock technical interviews in English, in the job’s domain: payments, healthcare with LLM agents, web product. Written feedback.
- System design and code at senior level, with the bar I use in code review.
- How a contract with a US company works: intermediary company, contractor, payment in dollars. That’s how I work.

1:1 in phases, 4-year minimum

The Semestre and what comes after it: the transition and the long term.
- Phase 1: 1 session per week, up to 26 sessions
- Phase 2: 1 session every 2 weeks, for 12 months after phase 1
- Phase 3: 1 session per month, for as long as I mentor (or earlier, if you ask)
- Dojo and community for as long as I keep the group
- Guaranteed minimum of 4 years. If I stop earlier, I refund by the table.
- How the table works
I take at most 6 students in a weekly phase at the same time. When it’s full, a waitlist opens.

what I don’t do
- I don’t guarantee a job, a timeline or a salary. The result depends on you and on the market.
- I don’t apply to jobs for you.
- I don’t teach English.
- I don’t build your product.
- I don’t pressure you on the call. The proposal goes in writing and you decide calmly.
how it works
What does each plan include?
Dojo: a weekly group meeting, community and material, no 1:1. Diagnosis: 1 one-hour session and the written plan. Semestre: up to 26 weekly sessions in 6 months, plus the Dojo for 9 months. Caminho: 1:1 in phases and the Dojo for as long as I keep the group.
How many 1:1 sessions do I get?
In the Semestre, up to 26, at most 1 per week. In the Caminho: up to 26 weekly; then 1 every 2 weeks for 12 months; then 1 per month. Sessions don’t accumulate.
Can I change the 1:1 pace?
The phases follow the calendar, not what happens in your job search or your business. If you want the monthly pace sooner, just ask.
How do I book?
Through the online calendar, in the slots I open every week, in Brasília time. The diagnosis happens within 3 days of payment.
What if I miss a session or need to reschedule?
Reschedule at no cost up to 24 hours before. I wait 15 minutes. A no-show without notice counts as a session held.
What if you need to reschedule?
No cost to you. I give you a new date within 7 days, and the session isn’t lost.
Can I pause?
Up to 60 days in total per plan. The Semestre deadline, or the deadline of your Caminho phase, extends by the same time.
What does “4-year minimum” mean in the Caminho?
For 48 months from purchase, I guarantee the 1:1 of your phase and the Dojo. If I stop earlier, by my decision, illness, incapacity or death, you receive: R$ 5,000 × phase 1 sessions left ÷ 26, plus R$ 5,000 × months left ÷ 48. After 48 months, the Caminho continues at no cost for as long as I mentor; if I wind it down, I give 90 days’ notice.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Within 7 days of purchase, I refund everything, even if the session already happened. Ask through the same channel you paid with or on the withdrawal page; I confirm right away and request the card chargeback.
And after the 7 days?
Dojo: cancel whenever you want and keep access until the end of the paid month. Diagnosis: the session was delivered, so there’s no refund. Semestre: I refund the sessions left, R$ 5,000 × sessions left ÷ 26, minus up to 10%. Caminho: the same math as the “4-year minimum”, minus up to 10%.
Do you guarantee a job, a timeline or a salary?
No. Nobody controls the market. What I control is the guidance.
Do I need fluent English?
You need to be able to talk about code in English. The diagnosis shows where you are. I don’t teach English.
Does it work for juniors?
1:1 pays off most from mid-level up. If you’re starting out, the Dojo is the place.
How do I pay?
Pix or card in up to 12 installments through Asaas. Cards issued outside Brazil, through Stripe. The price is the same on Pix and card.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, I issue an NFS-e (Brazilian service invoice) for every plan.
Are sessions recorded?
I don’t record the 1:1, and you can record it for your own use. The Dojo is recorded, and the recording stays with members only.
Will you build my product?
Not in the mentorship. Kaizen Forge is who builds software for clients.

Booking. You pick the time, within 3 days.
Session. 1 hour with me and the written plan within 48 hours.
Written proposal. If it makes sense, the R$ 500 is credited if you join within 30 days. If it doesn’t, I’ll say so, and the plan is yours anyway.
